Letting go...
Easier said than done.
He smiled, so I smiled too (but inside it was different).
He was ready, so I prepared myself too.
It was emptier at our house that day, but I cherished the evening together.
Thank you for your calls, emails, & texts...it was just what I needed.

I can very much relate. Had trouble getting much of anything done, just thinking of Tyler and what he might be doing/feeling. We were all thinking of him and it was so nice to have him home again!
Love the scrapbook page. Benjamin looks so grown up. I can relate so much to what your saying... even after 6 years. Hugs!
I know exactly how you feel! Unfortunately it doesn't get any easier :) That 'lump' comes back every year when I drop the boys off at school that first week. Glad we can watch them grow up into little men, though!!
