Summer Activities

There is nothing better than playing in the pool to keep cool on these warm days.

Happy Father's Day to our wonderful Daddy/Husband! Benjamin loves the weekends when Russell is home & they can spend time together. There is nothing like a father's love.

Benjamin has decided the best part of the ice cream bar is the chocolate on the outside. That is just what his Mother would say too! He usually has a few bites of the ice cream then hands the rest over to his Daddy.

Benjamin enjoyed making music using these chimes at the park.

Curls!

Benjamin has the cutest curls! Even after combing thru his hair, they keep their shape & come right back. Someday these will be trimmed off, but for now I'm enjoying them.

One Month

It's been a month since our Grandpa Ben passed away. We think of him often & remember many good times together. I liked this poem that was shared with us recently...

Miss Me

When I come to the end of the Road

and the sun has set for me,

I want no rites in a gloom filled room.

Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss me a little - but not too long

And not with your head bowed low.

Remember the love that we once shared;

For this is a journey we all must take

and each must go alone;

It's all part of the Master's Plan,
